Radiology & Imaging
High-resolution diagnostics with fast, consultant-verified reporting — so the clinical picture is clear before treatment begins.
Clear images, verified reports, right inside the clinic.
The Radiology & Imaging department at Consultants Clinic houses a modern imaging suite within the same building as our consulting rooms. Because scanning, reporting and clinical review sit under one roof, referring doctors receive answers during the same visit — which means treatment can be started without a second trip across town.
Every study is performed by trained radiographers and reported or verified by a consultant radiologist, so findings are interpreted in context rather than in isolation. Reports and digital copies of your images are shared by email or WhatsApp on request, making it simple to send them on to your treating doctor or keep them for your own records.
- Same-day reports verified by a consultant radiologist
- Low-dose digital X-ray for safer, sharper images

Radiology & Imaging FAQs
Plain X-rays are accepted as walk-ins throughout imaging hours, but ultrasounds and Doppler studies are best booked in advance so the correct protocol and preparation can be arranged. Booking also keeps your waiting time short, especially for obstetric scans.
Most X-ray and ultrasound reports are ready within 2 to 4 hours, and same-day verification by our consultant radiologist is standard. CT and specialised studies may take a little longer, and digital copies can be sent to you by email or WhatsApp on request.
Yes. Ultrasound uses sound waves rather than radiation and has been used safely in pregnancy for decades. We follow standard obstetric protocols, keep scan times as brief as the clinical question allows, and only perform the views that are medically needed at your stage of pregnancy.
